Fitspeek 117: Rach McBride

Another one of the Canadian athletes racing the PTO Championship in December is Vancouver’s Rach McBride. Rach has been making the most of 2020 coming in fourth at Ironman New Zealand and third at the Canadian Professional Championships. Rach also rode a new gravel bike… a lot.
